The best news for Floridia GIST patients is that a new GIST doctor has relocated to Lake Worth Florida from Dana Farber. He trained under Dr. George D Demetri. He actually is the nicest doctor I've ever gone to in my life. He is so knowledgeable and COMPASSIONATE.. Takes all the time you need and will answer every question. Would recommend him to everyone.
Dr Schwarzberg will welcome new patients. He hasn't had the time to advertise and get his message out to everyone if you can't find him listed as a GIST specialist.
